Organize registration of participants

We need the conference registration sheet cleaned and shared by Monday morning. Consolidate sign-ups, attendee companies, ticket types, dietary requests, and payment status; remove duplicate rows and mark unpaid invoices. Send the final list to Priya in Events for badge printing, then to Hannah on Catering for meal counts. Confirm all registrations include an email and the company name before you close it.

Before I send the registration list to Events and Catering, make it easy for them to approve: put a summary page showing counts by ticket type and VIP names, move dietary requirements into a single column, flag incomplete registrations in orange, and make payment status column filterable. Highlight any registrants who selected VIP access but are unpaid so Priya doesn’t print the wrong badges.

I merged last-night’s sign-ups and found two VIPs with VIP access ticked but no payment or PO number. Priya in Events will assume they’re on the list; Finance will block badges. I don’t know if payment is pending approval, input error, or deliberate hold. What should I check and what do I tell Priya now so she doesn’t print badges prematurely?
