Show respondents a summary of responses

I want respondents to see a summary of their answers after submitting the department satisfaction survey. Turn on the option that shows a summary to respondents and verify the confirmation page displays their responses for immediate review before I send it Thursday.

Before I send this to staff, make the response summary useful. Show their answers clearly on the confirmation page, add a short note about how to request corrections, and remove any internal scoring or answer keys that shouldn’t be visible to respondents.

Someone replied that the post-submit summary exposed internal scoring and I don’t know whether that came from my form settings or the template. What’s the likely source of the leak and what’s the fastest way to hide scoring or internal notes from the summary while keeping respondents’ own answers visible?
