What is an Operations Analyst?

Operations Analysts examine business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support strategic decision-making. They bridge the gap between operational realities and data-driven insights.

An operations analyst spends days defining data requirements, gathering and validating information, and observing systems in operation. You formulate mathematical or simulation models, assign numerical values to components, and perform rigorous validation and testing.
