What is a BIM Coordinator?

A BIM Coordinator manages and maintains Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects. They establish BIM standards, train team members, and ensure model accuracy and coordination. They also facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders using the BIM model.

You spend mornings triaging messages and running clash detection on federated models, then consult engineers and update coordinated drawings.
